If your character is looking for a love interest, you are free to request below. Just mention who your character is, if they're looking for a tom or she-cat, and any other things you would like to mention.
A good example:
"My character is _____ and I'm open for a relationship with a tom, let me know if you'd be fine pairing our characters together"
Also, another thing, you don't need permission from anyone to have your character crush on their's unless specifically specified. If you're uncomfortable with other characters crushing on yours, let me know and I will make note of it somewhere where others can see it.
